Established in 2006 under the direction of Susie Lomas, Lomas Executive is focused on providing a highly specialised recruitment, search and selection service based on proven best practice, honesty and integrity. Lomas Executive offers national coverage, local expertise, consistent standards and a proven professional, consultative approach. Our service is based on frank and open discussion, offering a transparent process that allows the client to monitor the project right from first placing the job order with us, through to the successful probation period being completed by the candidate.
Our company is built largely on recommendation, and many of our business partnerships were started by referrals from satisfied candidates or clients.

Susie’s career in recruitment spans more than 20 years, working initially for two highly respected recruitment companies in the UK. She has operated at local, national and international levels performing in the capacity of Branch Manager, National Account Manager, Area Manager and finally Director.
Before embarking on her Australian journey, Susie was approached by a start up dot com business inviting her to act as their representative for the European and Scandinavian markets. This gave Susie an invaluable opportunity to develop her business management skills and international sales experience.
Susie relocated to Australia to continue her professional recruiting career, establishing Lomas Executive in 2006.
With the business developing only through existing relationships and recommendations, the loyalty of these relationships allowed Lomas Executive to quickly expand.
With Susie now able to focus primarily on specialised areas, she continues to work enthusiastically within the Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, HR, IT, Finance and Administration, in both industrial and commercial business sectors. Susie’s direct, honest and professional approach sees her cut through the sales hype to offer a service that speaks for itself.
Starting her career in Sales and Account Development roles with a number of blue-chip organisations, Debbie moved into recruitment and has now had more than 8 years experience in the industry.
Debbie joined the team at Lomas Executive in 2010 as Operations Manager/ Administration Manager or better known as our ‘Office Genius’ for the business nationally. As Debbie likes to tell us “ we are lucky to have her as part of the team”.
Currently located in Brisbane, she has managed the team so far in WA, NSW and QLD.
