Susie Lomas – Director

Susie LomasBefore migrating to Australia in 1999, Susie spent 8 years working for two highly respected recruitment companies in the UK. Here Susie gained experience working with both a high volume, low margin model and a low volume, high margin model. Performing in the capacity of Account Manager, Branch Manager, Area Manager and finally Director, Susie was poised to establish herself as a successful consultant in the Australian market.

Before embarking on her Australian journey, Susie was approached by a start up dot com business inviting her to act as their representative for the European and Scandinavian markets. This gave Susie an invaluable opportunity to develop her business management skills and international sales experience.

After arriving in Australia, Susie spent the next 5 years working for a well recognised national recruitment company. Acting initially as their Branch Manager in Sydney she eventually departed as Group General Manager, responsible for more than 100 employees nationally.

Still passionate about her intention to act as a client facing consultant and with a wealth of experience behind her, it was then that Susie launched Lomas Executive. Born out of a love for recruitment and having spied a gap in the market for a more personalised consultative service, Lomas Executive proved a big success.

With the business developing only through existing relationships and recommendations, the loyalty of these relationships allowed Lomas Executive to quickly expand.

With Susie now able to focus primarily on specialised areas, she continues to work enthusiastically within the Commercial, Manufacturing, Industrial, IT/ T, Sales and Marketing and Education sectors. Susie’s direct, honest and professional approach sees her transcend the sales hype to offer a service that speaks for itself.


Debbie Prudhoe – Operations Manager

Debbie PrudhoeDebbie migrated to Australia in 2008. Before moving into the recruitment industry, she spent a number of years working in sales and account development roles for several large, blue-chip organisations in the UK. This included a highly successful, 5 year period working with Coca-Cola Enterprises as an Account Manager, before heading up the National Telemarketing Team as Telemarketing Manager.

Debbie moved into recruitment after being approached by a national recruitment company who she had previously worked closely with, sourcing a large number of temporary staff for projects in her Telemarketing department.

Enjoying the new challenge, she spent a productive year using both her local knowledge and experience of recruiting and managing temporary staff to manage the temp desk and grow this side of the business. Keen to develop her overall knowledge, she then moved to recruiting on the permanent side for the same company and specialised mainly in office management and support roles.
