Victa Lawncare Pty Ltd has employed the services of Susie Lomas for over five years during which time she and the staff that she lead have assisted in the selection of approximately 10 staff for roles in sales, admin, IT and finance.

Susie brings a professional approach to recruiting that builds upon her understanding of the company and its culture as well as the technical requirements of the specific role.

Most of these staff are still at Victa and they have proven to be employees that have been a good fit both functionally and culturally.
