Susie Lomas, Director

Susie established Lomas Executive in 2006, as an expert in her field she has aligned 100’s of clients with 1000’s of candidates.

Susie has worked on assignments and projects for businesses across Australia, New Zealand, Asia, US, UK, Europe, & Scandinavia.

With a history in General Management, Susie has expertise in business leadership, talent mapping, sales, & operations. This personal experience combined with deep and broad networks allows Lomas Executive to provide expertise in Sales & Marketing, Operations, Engineering & Supply Chain, Data Science & Business Analytics, and Support Services, in both industrial and commercial business sectors and across all levels and disciplines.

Debbie Prudhoe

Starting her career in Sales and Account Development roles with a number of blue-chip organizations, Debbie moved into recruitment to utilize her expertise in sales, administration & contact centres, with the distinct advantage of understanding the customers' perspective. Debbie has extensive recruitment experience both in Australia and in the UK.

Debbie joined the team at Lomas Executive in 2010 and as those who have worked with Debbie would attest she supports clients and candidates efficiently and effectively every-time. Debbie is better known as our ‘Office Genius’, or so she would like us to say.

Currently located in Brisbane, she has managed the team so far in WA, NSW and QLD.
